Homecoming Fundraiser

The Angelman Rally will return home on June 2nd at Burview Hall. On that day, we thought it would be cool to have a party and invite all our friends, new and old, to join in the fun. This document is designed to give you all the information you need and what to expect on the day.

Parking

We have lots of angels coming on the day so we have decided to make the whole of Burview Hall car park available for blue badge holders and event organisers, such as catering. If you have a blue badge or we have given you a permit, please park at Burview Hall.

All general parking will be in Walton Leigh School car park, which will be clearly marked from the road and marshalled so that you know where to go next.

Facilities

Our friends at Sensory Sparkle will be providing sensory toys for the sensory rooms at Burview Hall and also for the raffle. Our angels will have a great time exploring and relaxing these fantastic facilities.

Get ready to dance way to music by ‘What If’. The guitarist being Burview Hall’s very own John Helen Reeves.

Toilet facilities are fully catered for a range of disabilities and include hoists and wet rooms.

Outside, we will all enjoy the the sensory woodland area. All children and angels must be accompanied by a supervising parent/guardian/carer as we cannot accept any responsibility.

Filming

A major part of The Angelman Rally has been raising awareness through filming and producing content for promotion and and our forthcoming short film which will introduce our wider communities to AS.

The Power Station will be on hand to film and provide photography to this end. Many of you are used to being filmed now and we think some of you actually enjoy it! Please let us know if you would like to be interviewed by emailing Corinne.
